We’re that confident that you’ll love our product, that we’re willing to offer you a 30 day money back guarantee. So you can be sure that, if the raclette doesn’t tickle your fancy, you can return it to us stress free and receive a full refund.
However, please note, we’re not responsible for the return postage costs, these will be your responsibility.
3 Year Product Guarantee
Quality matters. If, however, there is a problem with you raclette within 3 years from your purchase date, we’re willing to exchange the product for a brand new one. Sadly we can’t offer a refund outside of the money-back guarantee period, but as long as you can prove the damage or issue, we are more than happy to send a replacement.
Terms and conditions will apply and you will be required to send us the faulty raclette so we can check it out ourselves, before we send you a new product. Please note, you will be required to pay for the postage costs when returning an item.
