The Shipping Process
Our goal is to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, but in perfect condition. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and standard shipping will take between 2-6 business days, depending on whether you are in an urban or rural location. In some circumstances, depending on Australia Post, this can take longer.
Once we have shipped your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details, so you know exactly what is happening with your order.
All orders are shipped Monday – Friday. Cut off for orders to be shipped same day is 3:30pm.

We want you to experience our raclettes that much, that we’re prepared to offer free shipping within Australia. You don’t need to do anything further, just complete the order as normal to be eligible for free shipping.
Express shipping is available, but this is an additional cost if you want your raclette sooner.
International shipping will come with additional costs. More details can be found in the checkout section of your purchase.
Tracking & Insurance
We don’t want you to worry about a thing, therefore we make sure all orders are tracked from start to finish, so you’ll receive a tracking number upon purchase. If for any reason you don’t receive your order, we will happily follow up with Australia Post (including international orders).
